Calls are logged at our centralized Call Center either through Toll free number/email where they will be assigned a unique call id for each call.

Once the call id is assigned, Call Center would update the respective branch. Branches update the status on EOD ( End Of Day ) which enables Helpdesk to take desired action.

Various reports can be generated at customer, branch and corporate level to monitor the status as well as SLA of each and every call.
